A digital service — nothing is shipped

numiVeda is a digital service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and there are no delivery or shipping charges.

How credits are delivered

Credits you buy are delivered to your numiVeda wallet instantly, as soon as the payment is confirmed — by Google Play for a purchase in the Android app, or by Razorpay for a purchase on the website. You can see your balance in Account → Credits.

If your credits do not appear

If your credits have not appeared within 30 minutes of paying, contact us at support@numiveda.com with the payment id (it starts pay_ on the website) or the Google Play order number (it starts GPA.). See Contact us for every way to reach us, and the refund policy if a payment needs to be returned.
